THE CONCEPT

Build your mini hot pot. Taste the tradition. Choose from over 50 fresh ingredients – meat, tofu, mushrooms, vegetables and more. You pay based on the weight of your selection. Then, choose one of our four signature broths: Classic, Mushroom, Tomato, or Spicy. Once you’ve made your selection, our chefs prepare your dish and bring it straight to your seat. It’s fast, fresh – and full of flavor.
